Urgent Repairs
If you have an URGENT repair please contact our office on 03 9825 3000 - if there is no answer please leave a detailed message together with your name and contact number.
If you can't contact our Property Manager and the maintenance is URGENT and needs to be attended to immediately please make contact with our preferred tradespeople.
All urgent repairs MUST be reported to your property manager the following business day.
Please note urgent repairs are a burst water pipe, blocked toilet, burst hot water service, serious roof leak, serious electrical fault, gas leak or any life threatening situation.
