Tom Bichard has been involved in Real Estate for over 14 years. Tom’s focus is selling residential projects off the plan. During his period at L.J.Hooker in Project Marketing, Tom was in the top 1.6% of sales persons for the entire organization for the years 1998-2003 inclusive.

Tom is experienced in working with developers, from the design stage to the marketing, and most importantly, to the final settlement of the finished product. A testament to his dedication and professionalism, is the fact that Tom’s development clients have used his services on more than one project.
