Having also worked in the UK as a marketing Manager for an estate agency with 5 London offices, Lara mastered the art of guerrilla marketing techniques and how to optimise every vendor’s marketing dollar spent. Lara’s marketing experience gave her the opportunity to advertise Melbourne developments in Asia and India through their local press and exhibitions.

Lara has also specialised in the complex world of construction and off the plan selling for various major builders including Melbourne’s most professional builder Porter Davis Homes Prestige section. Lara’s expertise in this area ensures clients buying off the plan projects understand the processes and have a clear picture of the final product.
