What Charl has come to realise in his four and a half years in real estate is there are two types of people in the rental market, those looking for properties and those who have properties. It is his goal to bring the two together.
Charl has spent his last four and half years training in the Fully Furnished Sector, dealing mostly with 1 – 2 bedroom units in the inner city ring of Melbourne. He continues to develop his business expertise through membership with REIV, attending training and conferences such as AREC and Landmark. He prides himself on his work ethic, honesty and integrity.
